The 88th Texas Legislature passed SB1133 the Landowner Compensation Program (LCP) to assist with real property damage costs resulting from border crimes.
The proposed rule has been published for comment. The application will be available once the final rule is published after the comment period. Comments on the rule may be submitted until March 17, 2024.
