The Office of the Attorney General has instituted an agency-wide immediate notification system called OAG ENS to automatically reach employees in the event of an emergency or disaster that impacts business operations. The serious occurrence could affect all employees statewide or be isolated to a single office or region.

Frequently Asked Questions:If I register my cell phone, home phone, home address or e-mail address, will that information be subject to open records?
Human Resources Division shows that everyone has completed the Personal Information Election form. This form ensures that your personal contact information is not subject to open records. Should you have any concerns, please contact your manager.If I enter the wrong information, can you correct it for me?
Everyone is responsible to correct or update their own information. If you log back in, it will allow you to make any changes.Do I need to add a 1 or area code at the beginning of my phone number?
You do not need a 1 but do need to include the area code. Enter your numbers as 10 digits without dashes (i.e., 5125551212).If I send you my information can you register for me?

Yes, the sign up page is hosted on a secure server.Will this sign me up to receive text messages as well?
If you fill out the Personal Cell Phone field, you are electing to receive text messages. Depending on your personal cell phone plan, your provider may charge for these messages. Please note, text messaging will be used only if absolutely necessary.How will this information be used?

No, however, everyone must provide Section, Division Chief/Deputy, Employee Type and Location. Additional fields may be required depending upon your selection of the Section or Division Chief/Deputy fields. We are encouraging everyone to complete as much contact information as possible so that we may reach you in an emergency.How many characters must my password contain?
