General Conference Information
The conference registration fee is $250.00 per person and includes:
- Tuition and TGIA membership for 2014-2015
- Training materials
- Refreshment breaks and hospitality events
Online Registration and Fees
Online registration must be completed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2014. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is limited to 800 participants.
When you complete the online registration process, an invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you so it is imperative that your email address is correct. You will not receive another invoice, so please use this one to process payment from your agency, if needed. A hard copy of the invoice should be mailed along with your payment to the address below.
You may pay by check, credit card or money order. No cash will be accepted for payment. The Texas Gang Investigators Association's Federal Tax ID # is 76-0346041. Checks and money orders should be made out to the Texas Gang Investigators Association and mailed to the address below.
To pay by credit card you must first register online and then visit the TGIA website at: http://www.tgia.net/2014-conference.html and use the PayPal link on that page to make your payment.

Online Registration Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to you via email with site and detailed conference information prior to the conference, so it is imperative that you input your email address correctly. If you have not received a confirmation by June 12, 2014, please call Stacy Janecka at (512) 475-4600 to confirm you are registered. You may be denied entrance to the conference if you do not have a copy of the confirmation letter with you at check-in.
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to email@example.com no later than 5:00 p.m., May 30, 2014, for participants to have their registration fee refunded. "No Shows" will be billed the entire registration fee of $250.00.
