Other Information: The Fugitive Unit arrested Derek L. Parker at a halfway house in Fort Worth on a warrant issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Board on Oct. 21, 2010, for a parole violation for being in possession of a cell phone at the halfway house and for being in a relationship with a woman who has minor children in the household. Parker was sentenced to 96 months probation after being convicted in Tarrant County in 2004 of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He violated his probation in 2006, resulting in his probation being revoked. He was then sentenced to five years in prison. The victim was a 13-year-old girl.
